Superjail is my new favorite Cartoon Network show. The right level of weirdness, and just enough of a plot to keep me interested. The animation is a mix of Mike Judge and Rob Zombie. David Wain voices the Warden and it's got a cool theme song.
Every episode begins with a petty thief getting caught and taken to Superjail. Here is a compilation of the openings.

i take credit for suggesting you check out this show six months ago. also, the rob zombie/mike judge comparison is apt.
I totally remember you telling me about it, and that David Wain was the voice of the Warden. It took me a while to get around to it, but I'm glad I did. Even Jen is on board with it.
